JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, coordination and supervision of project site operation to include manpower, materials, subcontractors and clients concerns to ensure efficient and quality turnover of projects based on specified schedule.
SPECIFIC DUTIES , RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ASSIGNMENTS;
A. DAILY :
1. Check, monitors and supervise project site activities.
2. Coordinates with Clients’ Inspectors on project implementation and other required activities.
3. Inputs Daily Activity Report/ Construction Log book.
4. Facilitates request of materials and monitors its delivery for project site use.
5. Facilitates Request for Approval (RFA) and Request for Information (RFI), for implementation in the project site.
6. Plans activities to prioritize based on project schedule.
7. Monitors of weather condition that might affect the operation.
8. Coordinates with logistic team with regards to equipment schedule and delivery schedule.
9. Meets and provides instructions to Foreman regarding the site activities.
10. Provides instructions to tool keeper/warehouseman regarding construction materials supply and other related issues.
B. WEEKLY :
1. Prepares weekly coordination meeting report.
2. Walk-thru meeting with clients and inspectors for project site progress and other issues.
3. Plans activities for the week.
C. MONTHLY:
1. Prepares and submits Progress Billing Report and the required support documents to clients.
2. Updates and prepares project progress report.
D. OTHERS:
1. Facilitates request of concrete pouring based on schedule.
2. Coordinates with Barangay Officials with regards to garbage collection in the project site.
3. Monitors and evaluates units for turn-over as may be assigned.
4. Facilitates processing of turn-over and acceptance of units to clients, as may be assigned.
5. Facilitates processing of Certificate of Occupancy as may be directed by the Developer.
6. Coordinates with Design and Engineering Team for project issues and concerns.
7. Accepts any other task as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor in accordance to the need of the department.
8. Keeps immediate supervisor informed of work needs other than ordinary routine handling.
9. Attends to training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional and technical proficiencies.
10. Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of department objectives.
11. Upholds and promotes the good name of the company in all transactions with superiors, co-employees, clients, suppliers, and other external parties as necessary on matters of mutual concerns.
12. Creates and preserves the most favorable image of the company by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner consistent with the company’s mission, vision, goals and core corporate values.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education : Civil Engineering Graduate
With PRC License
Experience : At least one year work experience
Other Skills : Good in oral and written communication skills
Good in Microsoft Office applications
